Ltd. started its journey in way back as M/s Kumar Associates as sole Proprietorship Firm to realize the bank’s NPA as Recovery Agent after implementation of SARFAESI Act,2002 recovery agent named as an Enforcement Agent, finally it has been again renamed as Resolution Agent and by the time Kumar Associates became partnership firm from sole proprietorships with the progress of time and changed scenario of recovery process of banking industry specially in State Bank of India and to cope with various demand/requirement by the said industry including NBFC or a necessary  was felt to convert ourselves into Pvt. Ltd. Co. and we transform to K.D.M.C. w. e. f. 13.06.2011 to fulfill the under Noted goals with meaningfully engaged in asset reconstruction domain.

To become the leader of industry and handle high value NPAs.   

Creating awareness and acquainting banks and financial institution with clear concept of SARFAESI Act,2002. 

KDMC is remains to be pioneer in the industry and facilitated development of business environment which today attracted many players to set up and become Enforcement Agent / Resolution Agent etc.
